IMG'S^® INDEPENDENT PPO NETWORK SEARCH

IMG's independent PPO network is organized and administered by The First Health Network. To get the best results from your search, please enter as many criteria as possible. The more fields that have entries the narrower your answer will be.

All answers will be in alphabetical order. If you search for a General Practitioner with no other restrictions, your answer will include every GP in the State. Narrow your search by adding the county, provider's name or phone number criteria.

Results will be listed in a table with 20 results. At the beginning and end of each answer table you will have the options to begin a new search, return to the map, go back to the last table of results or go forward to the next table.

The PPO directory is updated on a routine basis, however changes may be made between updates. To ensure that the physician you have selected is in the network, please contact the physician's office to confirm his/her participation.

IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE IMB-SBC, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL PROVIDERS IN YOUR AREA THAT ARE NOT LISTED IN THIS DATABASE. PLEASE CONTACT IMG FOR COMPLETE LISTINGS.
